Hi blog! 🙂
I know it has been awhile since I’ve posted here. I guess I just got busy. I miss talking to you though, I do. And I have so much to share right now. 🙂
So what have I been up to you ask? Well, you already know that I have some wedding planning to do. We took engagement photos last weekend and I am glad how it turned out. To think that we didn’t have to pay anybody to professional do it for us. We just had a tripod, R’s camera and we scouted good locations to do our shoot. I am so glad that it was a good day too, so we got some good pictures. I can’t wait to get our save the dates this week and send it out! This is it, blog! I can’t wait to marry my guy. 🙂
I’ve also been busy with work and at home. I am the master of multitasking now – I work from home and do chores at the same time. By the way, I am really surprised that I can cook! Who knew! 🙂 It feels fulfilling, and I don’t have the urge of going out and staying out late. I don’t know if I told you this, but my parents went back to the Philippines. They’ve been there for almost 3 weeks now and they’ll be back a month before our wedding. I feels so different not having my mom and dad around the house. The house is so quiet all of a sudden. But again, I don’t feel like going out now, even though I can (and not have a curfew, sort of). I guess priorities do change once you get older.
Come to think of it, this whole situation changed me. I knew what my responsibilities are and I like it. I don’t feel tired at all. The thought of cooking, cleaning and doing the laundry feels at home for me. I like it. 🙂
I am just happy where I’m at right now. Hanging out with my siblings, with R and working. Wedding planning, I definitely love that part. I don’t feel stressed at all (thank God). I know work has been hectic but I am just thankful that I am doing something that I love. I also feel that I have a closer relationship with God. I am thankful every waking day.
Thanks for listening blog. I am having a blast with my life right now. I feel like everything is falling into place. 🙂
